Fixing Jersey Number Changes

Occasionally, a player will wear a new jersey number, and the existing roster wasn't updated. This is easily fixed with the Player Remap tool.

Rather than having two separate instances for each player, you can combine both instances into a single player. This ensures proper season stats for all players.
